Where are your products produced?

Our products are grown and extracted in Boulder, Colorado.

Can I see the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for a product?

Our products are independently tested and certified by a third-party laboratory. If you want to see a copy of the Certificate of Analysis, email us at hello@felixandco.com.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries where CBD is legal. You will be responsible for paying any applicable international customs and import duties and we take no responsibility if your order is seized by customs, so please be familiar with your country's laws before placing an order. 

Why don't you ship to my country?

If we don't ship to your country, it is most likely because CBD can't legally be purchased without a prescription. If the laws have recently changed and CBD is now legal in your country but shipping is not offered, get in touch with us by emailing hello@felixandco.com.

When will my order ship?

Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

What are my shipping options?

All orders are shipped using Hong Kong Post registered mail. Orders shipped within Hong Kong will be received within 1 to 2 business days and we offer free shipping for orders over $500 HK. International orders have two options: Regular (5 - 25 business days) or Express (2 - 5 business days).

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We stand by our products and hope you will love them as much as we do. You are welcome to return an item in its original, unopened condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If it has been more than 30 days since the purchase date or the product has been opened, we may offer you a partial refund, exchange or no refund at all (at our discretion). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product.

How do I request a return?

To start your return, please email hello@felixandco.com with your order number and reason for return and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
